- Published research record at recognised venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, CVPR, or AAAI
- Expert-level proficiency in PyTorch and deep understanding of ML theory and algorithms
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute novel experiments with scientific rigour
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimisation
- Ability to communicate complex research findings clearly in writing and presentations
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams to bridge research and applied development
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
