📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product roadmap for analytics platforms, data products, or BI solutions serving internal or external customers
• Gather and prioritise product requirements from business stakeholders, analysts, and end users to drive analytics platform development
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and BI developers to translate product requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans
• Define success metrics and KPIs for analytics product features and track adoption, usage, and business impact post-launch
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform data product positioning and feature prioritisation decisions
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder review sessions for analytics product development cycles
• Work with pre-sales and client success teams to align analytics product capabilities with customer needs and revenue opportunities

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA or B.E. in Computer Science or Engineering with five to twelve years of experience including at least two years in analytics product management
• Strong understanding of data analytics, BI platforms, and data engineering concepts to engage credibly with technical teams
• Demonstrated experience defining and executing analytics product roadmaps with measurable outcomes
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Productboard
• SQL proficiency for self-service data exploration and validation of analytical product functionality
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, business, and executive audiences
• Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and understanding of modern data architecture patterns
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
