🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven record of leading AI strategy and delivery at scale in enterprise or high-growth product environments
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead large AI organisations spanning research, engineering, and product
- Strong track record in AI product portfolio management including go-to-market and commercial success
- Executive presence and board-level communication skills with ability to articulate AI value to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI partnerships, external research collaborations, and ecosystem development
- Deep knowledge of AI technology landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging regulation
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
