• Represent clinical leadership in investor briefings, board meetings, and regulatory engagements
• Establish and lead research, outcome publication, and evidence-based practice initiatives to strengthen the chain's clinical reputation
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and technology leadership to integrate clinical priorities into business strategy
