📌 Key Responsibilities

• Develop object detection, image classification, and semantic segmentation models for production use cases
• Train and optimise YOLO and Transformer-based vision models on custom domain datasets
• Build and maintain computer vision data pipelines including annotation, augmentation, and preprocessing
• Deploy vision models to edge devices, cloud APIs, or embedded systems with latency requirements
• Evaluate model performance using standard metrics such as mAP, IoU, and precision-recall curves
• Collaborate with product and hardware teams to integrate vision models into end-user applications
• Research and implement advances from computer vision literature relevant to product applications

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E. or M.Sc. in Computer Science with 2 to 6 years of computer vision engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in OpenCV and PyTorch for vision model development
• Hands-on experience training and deploying YOLO, Faster R-CNN, or Mask R-CNN models
• Understanding of image preprocessing, data augmentation, and transfer learning for vision tasks
• Experience with model optimisation for inference using TensorRT, ONNX, or OpenVINO
• Familiarity with annotation tools and dataset management for supervised vision tasks
• Ability to balance model accuracy and computational cost for real-world deployment constraints
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
