📌 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute corporate events including conferences, seminars, product launches, and annual day celebrations.
• Manage corporate client briefs, understand event objectives, and develop event proposals and execution plans.
• Coordinate with venues, AV vendors, catering companies, and logistics partners for seamless event delivery.
• Prepare event budgets, track expenditures, and report cost performance to the client and internal management.
• Brief and supervise on-ground event staff, hostesses, AV teams, and logistics coordinators on event day.
• Manage event registration, delegate management, and VVIP coordination for corporate conference clients.
• Prepare post-event reports covering attendance, client feedback, vendor evaluation, and execution summary.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline or MBA; Diploma in Event Management from a recognised institute is an advantage.
• 2 to 6 years of experience in corporate event management at a private event company or in-house events team.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end corporate conference, seminar, and product launch events.
• Strong corporate client communication and presentation skills in English and Tamil.
• Experience in vendor negotiation, venue contracting, and AV production briefing for corporate events.
• Ability to manage multiple corporate events concurrently during peak corporate event seasons.
• Proficiency in event management tools, Excel, and PowerPoint for proposals, budgets, and client presentations.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
