📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned portfolio of retail and HNI brokerage clients
• Conduct periodic portfolio reviews and communicate market updates to clients
• Cross-sell mutual funds, insurance, and fixed income products to existing clients
• Identify and onboard new clients through referrals and events as per targets
• Ensure client satisfaction and resolve service complaints within TAT
• Coordinate with dealing and back office teams for seamless client experience
• Maintain detailed client interaction records and activity reports in CRM

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration
• NISM Series X-A (Investment Adviser Level 1) certification preferred
• NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributor) for MF cross-sell roles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Tamil
• Track record or aptitude for building and managing HNI client relationships
• Knowledge of equity, MF, insurance, and fixed income product categories
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to achieve AUM and revenue targets
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
