- Represent engineering leadership in customer engagements, investor presentations, and board discussions
- Own the engineering operating budget, resource allocation, and headcount plan
- Lead technical due diligence for acquisitions, partnerships, and IP investment decisions
- Build and sustain an engineering culture that attracts and retains top embedded talent in Chennai and globally
