📌 Key Responsibilities

• Optimise training pipelines for GPU utilisation and memory efficiency on multi-GPU setups
• Implement data augmentation, regularisation, and transfer learning strategies to improve model generalisation
• Fine-tune pre-trained foundation models on domain-specific datasets
• Profile and debug training runs using TensorBoard, Weights and Biases, or equivalent tools
• Collaborate with applied research teams to implement paper methods into experimental prototypes
• Deploy trained deep learning models to production serving infrastructure with latency constraints

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• M.Sc. or B.E. in Computer Science with 2 to 6 years of deep learning engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in PyTorch with hands-on experience training CNN, RNN, and Transformer models
• Understanding of GPU programming concepts and CUDA-level optimisation fundamentals
• Experience with transfer learning, fine-tuning, and data augmentation pipelines
• Ability to read and implement deep learning research papers
• Familiarity with training orchestration tools and experiment tracking platforms
• Strong mathematical foundations in linear algebra, calculus, and probability
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
