📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all Zomato, Swiggy, and other food aggregator accounts across the assigned QSR outlet portfolio.
• Maintain accurate and updated menu listings, pricing, item availability, and promotional banners on all aggregator platforms.
• Monitor customer ratings and reviews daily and coordinate with outlet managers on service and quality improvements.
• Drive order accuracy and packaging compliance to minimise wrong-order complaints and poor rating incidents.
• Reconcile aggregator payouts with internal sales records and escalate discrepancies to the finance team for resolution.
• Activate and manage aggregator promotional campaigns including discount offers, free delivery windows, and combo deals.
• Track delivery performance metrics including acceptance rate, cancellation rate, and average delivery time across outlets.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in business administration, marketing, or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
• One to four years of experience managing Zomato, Swiggy, or similar food aggregator accounts for a restaurant or QSR brand.
• Deep practical knowledge of aggregator platform dashboards including menu management, offer activation, and analytics tools.
• Understanding of how aggregator algorithms rank restaurants and what drives visibility and order volume growth.
• Good analytical skills to interpret aggregator performance reports, identify rating decline causes, and implement fixes.
• Attention to detail for menu accuracy, pricing updates, and payout reconciliation across multiple outlet accounts.
• Good communication in English and Tamil for escalating platform issues with aggregator support teams and briefing outlet managers.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
