📌 Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage film financing for Tamil film projects including investor relations, co-production deals, and OTT content commissioning agreements
• Negotiate and close distribution deals for Tamil films across theatrical, satellite, and digital OTT platforms covering Tamil Nadu and global markets
• Oversee the complete production of Tamil film and web series projects as the most senior producer, with final authority over budget, schedule, and creative direction
• Build and maintain high-level talent relationships with leading Tamil directors, stars, composers, and technical heads for project development
• Manage intellectual property rights for all produced content including music rights, remake rights, sequel rights, and international distribution licensing
• Negotiate OTT platform content deals, licensing agreements, and commissioning contracts for Tamil original content projects
• Report to investors, co-producers, and stakeholders on production progress, financial status, and delivery timelines for all active projects
• Identify and develop new Tamil film and web series projects from pitch to greenlight by evaluating scripts, attaching talent, and structuring production deals

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• 8 to 20 years of Tamil film and entertainment industry experience with direct executive production or senior production management track record
• Demonstrated experience managing the complete financial and operational lifecycle of at least 2 to 3 produced Tamil feature films or OTT series
• Established network of relationships within the Tamil film industry including studios, directors, actors, distributors, and OTT content teams
• Strong commercial negotiation skills with experience closing distribution deals, OTT licensing agreements, and co-production financing arrangements
• Graduate or post-graduate in Business Management, Film Studies, Mass Communication, or any relevant discipline with a strong Tamil film industry track record
• Deep knowledge of Tamil film industry financial structures, distribution economics, digital rights management, and OTT platform content commissioning
• Ability to manage multiple high-value projects simultaneously while maintaining investor confidence, talent relationships, and production quality standards
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
