📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding activities including documentation collection, HRMS entry, ID card issuance, induction scheduling, and new joiner orientation coordination
• Administer leave and attendance records in the HRMS and resolve employee queries related to leave balances, attendance corrections, and shift schedules
• Handle employee lifecycle processes including confirmation, transfers, promotion documentation, and separation formalities such as full and final settlement
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS covering personal data, employment history, documents, and benefit enrolment information
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and address employee queries on HR processes, benefits, and workplace guidelines
• Assist in employee engagement activities including milestone celebrations, surveys, recognition programmes, and HR communication initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and MIS data including headcount, attrition, attendance, and leave summaries for internal and client reporting requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate or MBA HR with 0 to 4 years of HR generalist experience in a staffing firm, HR outsourcing company, or corporate HR team
• Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as Zoho People, Keka, greytHR, or Darwinbox for employee data management, leave processing, and attendance tracking
• Experience handling employee onboarding documentation, induction planning, and HRMS data entry for new joiners across multiple client accounts or business units
• Familiarity with HR policy administration and the ability to address common employee queries on leave, attendance, benefits, and HR procedures confidently
• Understanding of employee lifecycle milestones including probation confirmation, internal transfers, disciplinary documentation, and exit formalities
• Good interpersonal and communication skills for handling employee grievances sensitively and escalating complex issues to senior HR professionals appropriately
• Organised and detail-oriented approach to maintaining HR records, managing documentation workflows, and preparing accurate HR MIS reports
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
