📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design organisation structures aligned with business strategy including span of control and reporting hierarchy analysis
• Conduct compensation benchmarking studies using market survey data to advise clients on pay competitiveness
• Develop talent management frameworks including performance management, succession planning, and career pathing
• Design HR operating model transformations to improve HR service delivery and efficiency
• Facilitate leadership assessment and development programs for client senior management teams
• Conduct workforce analytics to identify productivity, attrition, and engagement drivers for client HR leadership
• Prepare HR strategy reports and present people-strategy recommendations to client CHROs and boards

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA HR or Industrial/Organisational Psychology with two to six years of HR consulting experience
• Experience conducting organisation design and compensation benchmarking for large client organisations
• Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies and compensation survey interpretation
• Ability to design talent management frameworks including succession planning and performance calibration
• Strong analytical skills for workforce analytics and HR metric reporting
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging with senior HR and business leadership
• Exposure to HRIS systems and HR technology advisory is an added advantage
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
