• Coordinate drug licence renewals, inspection readiness, and liaison with Drug Inspector
• Lead monthly stock audits and submit reconciliation reports to operations management
• Handle escalated patient complaints and medication queries beyond junior staff competency
• Plan shift rosters to ensure qualified pharmacist coverage during all store operating hours
