📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage front desk operations including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and walk-in patient coordination
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and email inquiries from patients regarding services, timings, fees, and appointment availability
• Process patient billing, collect payments, issue receipts, and maintain daily cash and UPI transaction records
• Assist patients with insurance and TPA claim paperwork and liaise with billing department for settlement queries
• Maintain accurate patient records, physical files, and digital entries in the clinic management software
• Coordinate with physiotherapists on patient scheduling, session durations, and waiting room management
• Ensure the reception and waiting area is neat, welcoming, and stocked with relevant patient information materials

BPT (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) with MCI/state council registration for physiotherapist roles; MPT in the relevant specialty (Orthopaedics, Neurology, Sports, Paediatrics, Cardiopulmonary) for specialist roles; BOT (Bachelor of Occupational Therapy) for OT roles; B.Sc. Speech and Language Pathology for speech therapist roles; Diploma in Physiotherapy or Rehab Technician Certificate for assistant roles; dry needling certification; Kinesio Taping certification; electrotherapy equipment operation certificate; BLS (Basic Life Support)
