📋 Job Description

Jobzi is hiring experienced and motivated Sales Executives for immediate openings in Chennai. We are looking for dynamic individuals who can drive business growth through effective sales strategies and excellent customer engagement.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new clients, pitching our products/services, and building long-term relationships to achieve monthly revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team and report to the Area Sales Manager.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation
• Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients in Chennai
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Participate in sales training, team meetings, and performance reviews

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Any Bachelor's Degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, B.Tech, or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience in B2B or B2C environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Tamil and English
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of CRM software is an advantage
• Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within Chennai for client meetings
