- Identify and pursue commercial and industrial solar EPC project opportunities in Chennai and Tamil Nadu through direct client outreach, channel partners, and industry events
- Lead bid preparation and submission for commercial rooftop and ground mount solar tenders including techno-commercial proposals and negotiation
- Develop and manage a portfolio of key commercial and industrial accounts including factories, warehouses, hospitals, and educational institutions
- Build and nurture a network of solar channel partners, energy consultants, and electrical contractors for project referrals
- Track competitor pricing, product offerings, and market share trends in the Tamil Nadu rooftop and C and I solar market
- Coordinate with internal design, project, and finance teams to ensure proposals are technically accurate and commercially competitive
- Report monthly order pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts to senior management and participate in business planning reviews
