📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance of rooftop and ground mount solar plants including module cleaning, inverter checks, and cable inspection
• Monitor solar plant performance through SCADA or inverter monitoring portals and report generation shortfalls to the O and M supervisor
• Perform IV curve tracing and thermal imaging to identify underperforming modules, shading issues, and hot spots
• Diagnose and resolve string inverter faults, MPPT errors, and grid fault alarms including reconnection after grid interruption
• Test DC and AC cables for insulation resistance and continuity and replace damaged wiring sections
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly O and M reports including performance ratio, specific yield, and PR trend analysis
• Coordinate with module and inverter suppliers for warranty replacement of faulty components
