📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute footwear store displays including window displays, gondola arrangements, and wall-mounted shoe racks
• Implement planograms for all footwear categories including sports, formal, casual, ethnic, and kids
• Plan and execute seasonal display changeovers aligned to the store's promotional and buying calendar
• Coordinate with the buying team to ensure display products are available in the correct sizes and colours
• Ensure all footwear displays comply with brand guidelines on logo usage, colour blocking, and product sequencing
• Use props, lighting, and signage to create visually impactful focal points within the footwear showroom
• Train floor staff on maintaining planogram compliance and basic VM standards during daily operations

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate in any field or Diploma in Fashion Retail, Visual Merchandising, or Interior Display from a recognised institution
• Zero to three years of visual merchandising experience in a footwear, apparel, or accessories retail store
• Understanding of footwear store layout planning including category zoning and size flow principles
• Proficiency in planogram tools or the ability to work from planogram documents provided by the VM team
• Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create clean and visually appealing footwear displays
• Basic knowledge of footwear product categories and seasonal collection cycles
• Portfolio of prior display or VM project photographs is advantageous for experienced applicants
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
