📌 Key Responsibilities

• Design comprehensive wealth plans for HNI and ultra-HNI clients covering equity, debt, MF, and alternatives
• Conduct structured portfolio reviews and recommend rebalancing based on market and life-stage factors
• Advise clients on tax-efficient investment strategies and estate planning considerations
• Onboard new HNI clients through referrals, events, and personal networking
• Cross-sell structured products, PMS, AIF, and insurance to eligible clients
• Monitor client portfolio performance and benchmark against stated financial goals
• Coordinate with research, compliance, and product teams for advisory support

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBA Finance or post-graduate degree in Finance with minimum two years of HNI wealth advisory experience
• CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification strongly preferred
• NISM Series X-A and X-B (Investment Adviser) certification for SEBI-registered advisory
• Strong understanding of asset allocation, financial planning, and goal-based wealth management
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills in English and Tamil
• Proven track record of managing and growing HNI client AUM portfolios
• Knowledge of PMS, AIF, structured products, and alternative investment categories
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
