📌 Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between the client and agency internal teams for assigned accounts, managing communication, timelines, and deliverables
• Prepare and circulate accurate internal creative and media briefs based on client instructions and campaign objectives
• Track campaign production progress across creative, media, and production teams and update clients and account managers on status regularly
• Co-ordinate with external vendors including print vendors, outdoor contractors, and production houses on material delivery and installation timelines
• Compile and prepare monthly and quarterly campaign performance reports and presentation decks for client review meetings
• Manage revision cycles by documenting client feedback accurately and briefing the creative team on changes within agreed timelines
• Maintain organised account documentation including brief history, approval records, vendor contact sheets, and campaign schedules

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related discipline with interest in advertising and client management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with a professional and responsive approach to client and internal correspondence
• Ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks across teams simultaneously and follow up rigorously to ensure deadlines are met without escalation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for report preparation and presentation assembly
• Basic understanding of advertising campaign workflow from creative briefing through production to media release
• Organised, detail-oriented work style with the ability to document and track multiple deliverables across several client accounts simultaneously
• 0 to 3 years of experience in client servicing, account co-ordination, or a related marketing or communications role
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
