• Schedule and confirm appointments for BAMS physicians, therapists, and yoga instructors
• Register new patients and maintain patient profile records in clinic software
• Handle billing, fee collection, and issue receipts for consultations and therapy sessions
• Answer phone and WhatsApp enquiries regarding treatments, fees, and appointment availability
• Coordinate with clinical staff to manage daily appointment flow and treatment room schedules
• Maintain confidentiality of patient records and prescription data

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe your experience managing a front desk at a clinic or wellness centre
• How do you handle a situation where multiple patients arrive at the same appointment time?
• What clinic management or billing software have you worked with?
• How do you explain Ayurveda treatment packages and pricing to a first-time patient?
