• Drive engineering hiring, onboarding, and performance management for team growth
• Collaborate with Product and Design to align engineering roadmap with business goals
• Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure on-time sprint delivery
• Define engineering KPIs, OKRs, and team health metrics
• Own engineering budget, resource allocation, and headcount planning
• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, psychological safety, and continuous learning

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 10 - 15 Years of software engineering with 3+ years in engineering management
• Experience leading and scaling engineering teams of 10+ members
• Proven track record of hiring senior engineers and building strong teams
• Strong understanding of software architecture, system design, and delivery
• Experience in agile delivery, OKR setting, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills for executive stakeholder management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
