Jobzi is hiring an exceptional Head of Finance for a top-tier Automotive Components Company in Coimbatore. This is a senior leadership role demanding vision, strategic execution, and the ability to build a world-class Finance organisation in Coimbatore.

The role focuses on plant cost accounting, production cost analysis, GST on manufacturing inputs, capex tracking within Coimbatore's Automotive Components Company sector. Candidates must be willing to work in Coimbatore's industrial zones including SIDCO Malumichampatti, Ganapathy Industrial Area, Kurichi Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam Road Industrial Zone.

📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform plant cost accounting, production cost analysis, GST on manufacturing inputs, capex tracking as per industry standards and company SOPs
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC requirements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
• Monitor and report KPIs related to Finance function
• Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain documentation and records as per quality systems
• Support new model or product introductions when required

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• CA / CMA / MBA in Finance from a recognised university or institution
• 18 - 25 Years of experience in Finance within Auto Components industry
• Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC is essential
• Familiarity with Coimbatore's industrial zones and working environment preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in shifts as required
