📌 Key Responsibilities

• Answer and resolve IT helpdesk calls, emails, and chat queries from employees
• Troubleshoot basic Windows OS, MS Office, and email client issues
• Reset passwords, unlock accounts, and manage MFA setup for users
• Provide remote desktop support using TeamViewer, AnyDesk, or RDP
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support with complete documentation
• Maintain helpdesk ticket logs, closure reports, and SLA compliance metrics
• Assist in IT onboarding of new employees including system setup and access

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Any degree in Computer Science, IT, BCA, Diploma, or equivalent
• 0 - 2 Years of helpdesk or customer support experience
• Basic Windows PC troubleshooting and MS Office support skills
• Good verbal communication in Tamil and English
• Patience and positive attitude for user-facing support roles
• Ability to log tickets accurately and follow up on open issues
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
