📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU, MICU, SICU, or CICU settings
• Manage patients on mechanical ventilation including ETT care, suctioning, and ventilator parameter monitoring
• Monitor hemodynamic parameters via arterial lines, CVP catheters, and PA catheters
• Administer vasopressors, sedation, and high-alert medications per ICU protocols with double-check verification
• Recognize and respond to deteriorating patient conditions including cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and sepsis
• Maintain ICU nursing documentation including hourly vitals, fluid balance, and nursing procedures
• Coordinate with intensivists, respiratory therapists, and physiotherapists for patient rehabilitation and weaning

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized college with TNNMC registration
• 2 - 7 Years of dedicated ICU or critical care nursing experience
• Advanced knowledge of ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and critical care protocols
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification mandatory for ICU roles
• Experience with high-alert medications: vasopressors, heparin, insulin infusions, and sedatives
• Post-basic certificate in Critical Care Nursing (PCCN) preferred
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-acuity care environment
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
