📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the school's IT infrastructure including networks, servers, devices, and classroom technology
• Administer the school's Learning Management System such as ManageBac, Canvas, or Google Classroom
• Provide technical support to teaching staff and students for hardware, software, and connectivity issues
• Train teachers and non-teaching staff in using digital tools and school platforms effectively
• Manage device procurement, configuration, and maintenance for student and staff laptops and tablets
• Implement basic cybersecurity practices including access control, data backup, and acceptable use monitoring
• Coordinate with external vendors and internet service providers for infrastructure upgrades

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• BCA or B.Tech in Computer Science or IT from a recognised institution
• Minimum two years of IT coordination or technical support experience in a school or education environment
• Proficiency in administering Google Workspace for Education or Microsoft 365 environments
• Experience with Learning Management Systems such as ManageBac, Canvas, or Google Classroom
• Competent in network configuration, Wi-Fi management, and device troubleshooting
• Ability to train non-technical staff on digital tools patiently and effectively
• Knowledge of data privacy and acceptable use policy implementation in a school context
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
