📌 Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap
• Lead IT leadership teams across infrastructure, development, security, and operations
• Own IT P&L including capex and opex budgets of Rs.10 crore+
• Partner with business units to identify technology-enabled growth opportunities
• Govern major IT vendor relationships, SLAs, and strategic partnerships
• Oversee enterprise risk, cybersecurity governance, and compliance frameworks
• Report IT performance, ROI, and transformation progress to the Board and CXO team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA from a reputed institution in Computer Science, IT, or Management
• 15+ Years of progressive IT leadership experience with 5+ years in IT Director or equivalent role
• Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation programs
• Strong executive communication and board-level presentation skills
• Experience managing enterprise budgets of Rs.10 crore+ and large IT organizations
• Deep knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001)
• Strategic thinking with the ability to align IT investments to business outcomes
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
