📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the IT department including infrastructure, support, and applications teams
• Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage IT budget, vendor contracts, and technology procurement
• Oversee IT security, compliance, and risk management programs
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology adoption projects
• Manage IT SLAs, KPIs, and reporting to senior management
• Develop IT policies, standards, and governance frameworks

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or Management
• 8 - 14 Years of IT experience with 3+ years in management
• ITIL Expert or PMP certification preferred
• Experience managing IT teams of 10+ members and vendor relationships
• Strong IT governance, risk management, and compliance knowledge
• Ability to manage IT budgets of Rs.1 crore+
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
