You will gain hands-on experience in inbound and outbound logistics for auto components, CKD and SKD shipment coordination, 3PL management across Coimbatore's key manufacturing zones: SIDCO Malumichampatti, Ganapathy Industrial Area, Kurichi Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam Road Industrial Zone.
The role focuses on inbound and outbound logistics for auto components, CKD and SKD shipment coordination, 3PL management within Coimbatore's Automotive Components Company sector. Candidates must be willing to work in Coimbatore's industrial zones including SIDCO Malumichampatti, Ganapathy Industrial Area, Kurichi Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam Road Industrial Zone.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Perform inbound and outbound logistics for auto components, CKD and SKD shipment coordination, 3PL management as per industry standards and company SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Monitor and report KPIs related to Logistics function
- Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation and records as per quality systems
- Support new model or product introductions when required
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Graduate / B.E. / MBA in Logistics from a recognised university or institution
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in Logistics within Auto Components industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC is essential
- Familiarity with Coimbatore's industrial zones and working environment preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts as required
