• Own end-to-end architecture of one or more product domains
• Define and enforce coding standards, review frameworks, and engineering practices
• Collaborate with product management to translate requirements into technical plans
• Drive technical hiring, onboarding, and career development of team members
• Identify and resolve architectural bottlenecks, scalability issues, and tech debt
• Represent the engineering team in cross-functional leadership discussions

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent with 8-12 years experience
• Demonstrated experience leading engineering teams of 5+ members
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native patterns
• Experience managing technical roadmaps and delivery milestones
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Track record of mentoring senior engineers and driving architectural decisions
• Exposure to SaaS product development and agile delivery models
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
