Jobzi is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a well-established Automotive Components Company in Coimbatore. You will lead shop-floor teams and oversee hydraulic press servicing, welding robot maintenance, conveyor system upkeep, CNC preventive maintenance, EOT crane inspection across Coimbatore's industrial zones including SIDCO Malumichampatti, Ganapathy Industrial Area, Kurichi Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam Road Industrial Zone.
The role focuses on hydraulic press servicing, welding robot maintenance, conveyor system upkeep, CNC preventive maintenance, EOT crane inspection within Coimbatore's Automotive Components Company sector. Candidates must be willing to work in Coimbatore's industrial zones including SIDCO Malumichampatti, Ganapathy Industrial Area, Kurichi Industrial Estate, Mettupalayam Road Industrial Zone.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Perform hydraulic press servicing, welding robot maintenance, conveyor system upkeep, CNC preventive maintenance, EOT crane inspection as per industry standards and company SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Monitor and report KPIs related to Maintenance function
- Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation and records as per quality systems
- Support new model or product introductions when required
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or institution
- 6 - 10 Years of experience in Maintenance within Auto Components industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC is essential
- Familiarity with Coimbatore's industrial zones and working environment preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts as required
