📌 Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of multiple spa centre locations across Coimbatore and drive consistent operational and commercial performance
• Own the P and L for the spa chain's multi-location portfolio including revenue targets, cost management, and EBITDA delivery
• Recruit, develop, and manage spa centre managers, supervisors, and senior therapists across all locations
• Design and enforce standard operating procedures, service quality standards, and treatment delivery protocols across the chain
• Lead new spa centre launch projects including site readiness, staff hiring, equipment setup, and opening operations
• Manage central vendor relationships, supply procurement, and product quality standards for the entire spa chain
• Analyse multi-location operational data and present business performance reports to senior leadership and ownership
