📋 Job Description

Jobzi is sourcing qualified candidates for Orthopedic Surgeon positions in Coimbatore's private Private Hospital sector. 📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform primary and revision total knee and hip replacement surgeries using conventional and computer-navigated techniques
• Conduct arthroscopic procedures for knee (ACL reconstruction, meniscectomy), shoulder, and ankle conditions
• Manage traumatic fractures, dislocations, and polytrauma cases with internal fixation (nailing, plating, screws)
• Evaluate and treat spinal conditions including disc herniation, spinal stenosis, and deformities (scoliosis)
• Manage paediatric orthopaedic conditions including DDH, CTEV, and skeletal dysplasias
• Conduct OPD clinics for musculoskeletal conditions, sports injuries, and post-operative follow-up
• Participate in orthopaedic oncology MDT for bone tumour management in collaboration with oncology team

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• MBBS + MS Orthopedics, DNB Orthopedics, or MCh Orthopedics from a recognized institution
• 4 - 14 Years of post-MS orthopaedic surgical experience
• TNMC registration mandatory
• Proficiency in joint replacement surgery (TKR, THR) and arthroscopic procedures
• Fellowship in arthroplasty, arthroscopy/sports medicine, or spine surgery from a recognized centre preferred
• Experience with computer-navigated joint replacement preferred for hospitals with navigation systems
• Willingness to participate in emergency on-call for trauma and fracture management
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
