📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with orthopaedic, neurological, and post-surgical conditions using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques
• Provide ICU physiotherapy including chest physiotherapy, early mobilization, and respiratory rehabilitation for ventilated patients
• Design individualized exercise programs for post-operative rehabilitation after joint replacement, spinal surgery, and cardiac surgery
• Apply electrotherapy modalities including ultrasound, TENS, IFT, and shortwave diathermy for musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform manual therapy techniques including joint mobilization, soft tissue massage, and manipulation
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and activity modification
• Document patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in the hospital electronic health record

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.P.T. (Bachelor of Physiotherapy) from a recognized institution with IAP/IPC/state council registration
• 1 - 6 Years of clinical physiotherapy experience in a hospital setting
• Competency in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory physiotherapy
• ICU physiotherapy and chest PT skills preferred for hospital roles
• Knowledge of post-surgical rehabilitation protocols for joint replacement, CABG, and stroke
• M.P.T. specialization in orthopaedics, neurology, or sports preferred for senior roles
• BLS certification preferred for ICU-based physiotherapy positions
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
