You will own the Maintenance function, driving hydraulic press servicing, welding robot maintenance, conveyor system upkeep, CNC preventive maintenance, EOT crane inspection with full accountability in Coimbatore.

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Perform hydraulic press servicing, welding robot maintenance, conveyor system upkeep, CNC preventive maintenance, EOT crane inspection as per industry standards and company SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Monitor and report KPIs related to Maintenance function
- Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation and records as per quality systems
- Support new model or product introductions when required
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering from a recognised university or institution
- 10 - 15 Years of experience in Maintenance within Auto Components industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC is essential
- Familiarity with Coimbatore's industrial zones and working environment preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts as required
