📌 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed lesson plans aligned to CBSE, ICSE, or State Board curriculum frameworks for each subject and class.
• Monitor student progress through regular class tests, assignments, and formative assessments and maintain records.
• Organise classroom activities, projects, and group work to encourage collaborative and experiential learning.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share academic progress, behavioural observations, and improvement strategies.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
