📌 Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly defined and prioritized
• Write actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams
• Collaborate with scrum master and development team during sprint ceremonies
• Act as the voice of the customer in sprint reviews and product demos
• Make real-time decisions on scope, trade-offs, and feature prioritization
• Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders, customers, and end users
• Ensure sprint deliverables meet definition of done and business requirements

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MBA in Computer Science, IT, or Business
• 5 - 10 Years of experience with 2+ years as Product Owner
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PMI-ACP certification preferred
• Expertise in writing user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
• Experience managing product backlogs in JIRA or Azure DevOps
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement prioritization skills
• Understanding of agile scrum framework and sprint ceremonies
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
