The role focuses on OEM account management, Tier-1 supplier business development, RFQ handling, new programme sales within Coimbatore's Automotive Components Company sector. 📌 Key Responsibilities
- Perform OEM account management, Tier-1 supplier business development, RFQ handling, new programme sales as per industry standards and company SOPs
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC requirements
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth operations
- Monitor and report KPIs related to Sales function
- Implement lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain documentation and records as per quality systems
- Support new model or product introductions when required
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Any Graduate / MBA in Marketing / Sales from a recognised university or institution
- 5 - 8 Years of experience in Sales within Auto Components industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, TPM, OEE, Kaizen, Six Sigma Green Belt, MSA, SPC is essential
- Familiarity with Coimbatore's industrial zones and working environment preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in shifts as required
