📌 Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments including deep cleansing facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and anti-ageing protocols
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and client history consultation before each esthetic treatment session
• Design personalised skincare treatment plans addressing client concerns including acne, pigmentation, dryness, and ageing
• Recommend professional skincare products and home care routines for clients following in-clinic treatments
• Maintain accurate records of client skin conditions, treatments performed, and product usage after each visit
• Ensure sterilisation and hygiene of esthetic equipment and treatment area between client sessions
• Upsell treatment package programmes and skincare retail products to existing and new spa clients

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Which advanced esthetic treatment modalities are you certified and experienced to perform independently?
• Describe your skin analysis and consultation process for a new client with acne and pigmentation concerns
• What chemical peel protocols have you performed and how do you determine client suitability?
• How do you manage a client who has a reaction to a chemical peel or facial treatment product?
• Describe your experience recommending professional skincare products to clients following facial treatments
• How do you document client skin history and track treatment progress across multiple visits?
• What anti-ageing facial protocols have you performed and what results have clients reported?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
