📌 Key Responsibilities

• Manage all operational, commercial, and people functions of the spa centre to achieve revenue and guest satisfaction targets
• Recruit, onboard, train, and performance-manage spa therapists, beauty technicians, supervisors, and front desk staff
• Design and regularly review the spa treatment menu, pricing, and package structure to optimise revenue and occupancy
• Drive spa membership sales, treatment package promotions, and loyalty programme performance
• Manage spa P and L including cost control, staffing costs, supply procurement, and revenue reporting
• Oversee vendor relationships for spa supplies, beauty products, and equipment maintenance
• Lead guest experience quality initiatives and resolve escalated guest complaints at management level

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe your experience managing the full P and L of a spa centre or premium wellness facility
• How do you design and price a spa treatment menu to optimise both occupancy and revenue per slot?
• What strategies have you implemented to grow membership enrolment and treatment package sales at a spa?
• How do you manage spa staffing costs while maintaining service quality during low-occupancy periods?
• Describe your approach to handling a critical guest complaint that reached management level
• What metrics do you track weekly to assess the health of spa centre commercial performance?
• How do you plan and execute seasonal promotions or wellness events to drive spa revenue?
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
