📌 Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the spa reception and manage check-in, appointment confirmation, and treatment assignment
• Handle phone, WhatsApp, and walk-in enquiries regarding spa treatments, pricing, and appointment availability
• Manage daily appointment schedules and coordinate room assignments with therapists and supervisors
• Process billing, collect payments, and issue receipts for spa treatments, packages, and retail products
• Promote and sell spa membership plans, treatment packages, and gift vouchers to new and existing clients
• Maintain accurate guest records and preference notes in the spa management software
• Assist in managing guest feedback and resolving front desk service queries professionally

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe your experience managing a busy front desk at a spa, salon, or wellness centre
• How do you handle multiple walk-in clients and phone enquiries simultaneously during peak hours?
• What spa management or appointment scheduling software have you worked with?
• How do you approach upselling a spa membership or treatment package to a first-time walk-in client?
• What steps do you take to handle a guest complaint about appointment scheduling or waiting time?
• How do you maintain guest record confidentiality at the spa reception desk?
• Describe how you coordinate between the reception desk and therapy team to manage daily appointment flow
