📌 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise spa therapists, beauty technicians, and support staff during assigned shifts to ensure service delivery standards are met
• Manage daily shift scheduling, room assignments, and staff deployment to match booking volume and treatment demand
• Monitor treatment quality through periodic guest feedback review and in-session observation
• Resolve guest complaints and service recovery situations promptly and professionally
• Conduct induction training and ongoing coaching for new and junior spa staff on treatment and service standards
• Manage spa supply inventory and coordinate with the spa manager on timely replenishment of materials
• Track shift-level revenue, occupancy, and treatment counts and report to the spa manager

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Describe your experience supervising a spa therapy team during a busy peak-period shift
• How do you manage staff scheduling to ensure all treatment rooms are efficiently utilised throughout the day?
• What steps do you take when a guest raises a complaint about treatment quality or therapist service?
