📌 Key Responsibilities

• Lead a development team of 4-8 engineers for a product or project module
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure sprint deliverables are met on time
• Conduct daily standups, resolve blockers, and escalate impediments
• Perform code reviews and guide team members on best practices
• Work closely with project managers and product owners on scope and planning
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
• Coordinate with QA, DevOps, and design teams for seamless delivery

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5 - 9 Years of software development with 1-2 years in a lead role
• Good understanding of the full software development lifecycle
• Experience conducting code reviews and guiding team members
• Ability to manage sprint planning, task assignment, and delivery tracking
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Hands-on coding ability in at least one technology stack
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
