- Establish engineering standards, code review processes, and quality gates across the agency

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements
- 12 or more years of software development experience with a minimum of 5 years in technical leadership or management roles
- Broad full-stack knowledge spanning frontend frameworks, backend platforms, mobile development, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience architecting and delivering multiple web and mobile app projects from discovery to production
- Strong people management skills including hiring, performance management, and career development
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients and business stakeholders
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP including compute, storage, database, and networking services
- Track record of establishing engineering culture, documentation standards, and delivery processes in an agency environment
- Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
