Facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews as Scrum Master

Track project milestones, resource allocation, and budget burn-rate using JIRA and project tracking tools
Identify and mitigate project risks proactively and escalate blockers to management
Prepare weekly status reports and presentations for client and internal stakeholders

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

5 or more years of experience managing web or mobile app projects end-to-end
Proficiency in agile and scrum methodologies with experience as a scrum master or delivery manager
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience using project tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or ClickUp
Ability to prepare project plans, risk registers, and milestone-based delivery schedules
Understanding of web and mobile app development processes, technology stacks, and delivery lifecycles
PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification preferred
Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
