📌 Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to enterprise clients for SaaS products and IT services
• Investigate product bugs, API failures, and integration issues reported by customers
• Analyze application logs, error traces, and database queries to diagnose issues
• Reproduce customer issues in test environments and escalate to development
• Write detailed technical support tickets with reproduction steps and root cause
• Coordinate with product and engineering teams on bug fix timelines
• Create knowledge base articles and FAQs to reduce recurring support tickets

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 1 - 4 Years of technical support or application support experience
• SQL skills for database querying and troubleshooting
• Ability to read and analyze application logs and API responses
• Strong written communication for client-facing ticket resolution
• Familiarity with support tools (Zendesk, Freshdesk, or JIRA Service Management)
• Good product understanding to replicate and investigate customer reported issues
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
