📌 Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and doctors in transporting patients between wards, OT, ICU, and diagnostic departments
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, bathrooms, and ward common areas per infection control protocols
• Change bed linen, pillowcases, and patient gowns as directed by nursing staff
• Collect and dispose of biomedical waste in designated bins following hospital waste management norms
• Assist in shifting patients from bed to wheelchair and support mobility-impaired patients
• Deliver and collect food trays, water, and medication from nursing station to patient rooms
• Report any unusual patient condition or emergency observation immediately to the duty nurse

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• SSLC, HSC, or any basic educational qualification
• 0 - 2 Years of hospital or caregiving experience; freshers welcome
• Basic understanding of hospital hygiene and infection control practices
• Physical fitness for patient transport, lifting, and long duty hours
• Ability to communicate basic patient needs in Tamil and understand instructions in English
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to patient care
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts including nights and weekends
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Coimbatore.
