📌 Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group yoga sessions for wellness centre members and spa guests across asana, pranayama, and meditation formats
• Design session plans tailored to individual client health goals, fitness levels, and stress management needs
• Deliver corporate yoga and meditation sessions for wellness centre corporate programme clients
• Guide clients through guided relaxation, mindfulness, and meditation techniques during individual and group sessions
• Track client progress, adapt programmes for health conditions and age groups, and document session notes
• Coordinate with wellness consultants and spa supervisors on class scheduling and client enrolments
• Assist in wellness events, health camps, and seasonal wellness programme activities at the spa
