📌 Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D exterior and interior renders of architectural projects for client presentations and marketing.
• Develop animated walkthrough videos of proposed buildings using 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape for client approvals.
• Set up realistic lighting, material, and texture configurations in V-Ray or similar rendering engines for each scene.
• Import architectural models from SketchUp, Revit, or AutoCAD into the rendering software and prepare them for visualization.
• Composite rendered images in Adobe Photoshop with entourage, sky replacements, and post-production enhancements.
• Prepare high-resolution renders formatted for print presentation boards, brochures, and digital marketing use.
• Work closely with project architects to ensure renders accurately reflect the design intent and material specifications.

🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• B.Arch, Diploma in Architecture, or Diploma in Interior Design with strong proficiency in 3D visualization.
• 0 to 3 years of experience producing architectural renders and walkthroughs at a design firm or visualization studio.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max and V-Ray for photorealistic exterior and interior architectural rendering.
• Good skills in Lumion or Enscape for real-time rendering and animated walkthrough production.
• Strong Photoshop skills for post-production compositing, colour correction, and presentation image enhancement.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with high output quality for client presentations and tender submissions.
• A portfolio of rendered architectural projects demonstrating range across exterior, interior, and aerial view types.
• Good Tamil and English communication skills for team coordination and client interaction in Chennai.
